This is a great go-to meditation for calm and relaxation

Sometimes called a “body scan,” this meditation will lead you through relaxing your body from your toes up to your head. This is a great way to release tension you may be holding in your body. When our body is relaxed, our mind can be more clear, and our spirit can be more free to commune with oneness, love, and peace.
