This chant meditation is easy to follow and will help keep your lungs healthy in addition to your mind.
“Through chanting mantras, the whole group can enter into a kind of resonance with those who have chanted the same chants before,” Rupert Sheldrake says in Science and Spiritual Practices. This links us together, part of the One Life that we can ground in and receive our natural, intuitive wisdom from. Chanting not only helps us stay relaxed mentally and spiritually, it is good for our lungs and for boosting our immune system.
