This virtual pilgrimage follows St. Francis to the location of one of his mystical experiences, the church San Damiano near Assisi.

In Science and Spiritual Practices, Rupert Sheldrake says, “Pilgrimage connects us to holy places, where heaven and earth are joined…We connect our ordinary, everyday lives with places that link us to a transcendent world.”

As we walk the steps of St. Francis into San Damiano, through the Italian countryside, we have the opportunity to connect with our Divine in this place where Heaven and Earth have met for centuries. Our own mystical experience is enhanced through the energetic connection we establish with all the pilgrims walking this path for hundreds of years before us, helping us connect with our own God
